Appraisal Requests
Submitting a request through this website, by phone, by text, or by email does not create a completed appraisal assignment until scope, fee, access, and timing are confirmed. Posted prices may vary for complex, rural, oversized, unusual, or out-of-area properties.
SMS/MMS Messaging Terms
By submitting an appraisal request or providing a phone number, you agree to receive service-related SMS/MMS messages from Faster Appraisals about appraisal requests, inspection scheduling, property access, appointment changes, and related service updates. If you provide another person's phone number, you confirm that person is authorized to be contacted for appraisal scheduling.
